A complete 360° unboxing video is compulsory while opening the parcel for any return, exchange, or refund request.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The entire unpacking process should be recorded without cuts or pauses.
- Complaints without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.
